Child Policy

• Dune buggy experience: Children must be at least 100cm tall or a minimum of 10 years old to participate in the dune buggy ride.
• Glamping stay: Families are welcome. Each tent accommodates two adults, and additional mattresses for children can be arranged upon request.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges apply if you cancel the booking 24 hours before the tour
• A 100% cancellation charge applies on cancelling the booking within 24 hours of the tour
• If the guests are not present at the pickup location on pickup time, we consider it a no-show and no refund for the same

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated once the cancellation is confirmed
• It may take 7-14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account
• You will be notified once the refund is processed by our team
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used (Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Debit Card)
• Any delay in the amount reflecting should be followed up with your bank directly
• If the refund does not appear in your account within the specified time, you may contact us for assistance

• Afternoon Pick-up (3:30–4:30 PM): Pick-up from your Dubai hotel with shared or private transfers, that is followed by a scenic drive to the desert campsite.
• Meet & Greet at Camp: As you arrive at the campsite with welcome drinks, you will receive a detailed briefing about the upcoming desert activities.
• Camel Ride: Enjoy a short, traditional camel ride offering a gentle introduction to the desert.
• Buggy Safety Briefing: Attend a briefing session by a professional about the instructions and safety gear orientation before the adventure begins.
• Dune Buggy Adventure (Approx. 1.5 Hours): Drive a dune buggy in a guided sharing convoy, combined with fossil photostops and sandboarding at Camel Rock.
• Private Dinner: Go for an exclusive private dining setup in the desert.
• BBQ Dinner (7:00–8:00 PM): Enjoy a freshly prepared BBQ dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options in the desert.
• Campfire: Relax and unwind by the campfire, soaking in the peaceful desert atmosphere.
• Return Transfer (8:30–9:30 PM): Comfortable drive back to Dubai with hotel drop-off.

• Arrival Area: This is the welcome point at the desert base camp, where guests check in and prepare for the experience.
• Waiting Lounge: This area is designed for guests to relax with comfortable seating and refreshments before the activities start.
• Briefing Zone: Attend the safety instructions, driving guidelines, and route orientation in this area, which is led by professional instructors.
• Refreshments: Post the ride, rest in this area and rehydrate yourself with the serene desert views.
• Private Dining Area: Enjoy a meal in the secluded area with a starlit dining setup and a multi-course dinner.
• Washrooms: There are clean and hygienic washrooms available in the desert. These washrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities.
• Car Parking: As you arrive at the camp, you can find designated parking spaces where you can park your own vehicles.

• Starters: Start the feast with a traditional hummus and baba ghanoush, freshly prepared and served with warm Arabic pita bread, followed by a comforting roasted root vegetable soup.
• The Palaeolithic Era: Get the choices among chargrilled chicken skewers infused with smoked herbs, or roasted wild mushrooms finished with aromatic truffle oil.
• The Neolithic Era: In Course 3, you will get a desert green salad dressed with a citrus honey vinaigrette, or fire-grilled halloumi glazed with honey and wild thyme.
• The Pre-Islamic Era (Main Course): Please the palette with yoghurt-marinated lamb chops paired with harra-spiced roasted potatoes, wagyu beef blend served with roasted baby potatoes, or traditional chicken majboos accompanied by cooling raita. In the vegetarian food, you will have chargrilled root vegetables or lentil and couscous-stuffed peppers.
• The Islamic Golden Age (Desserts): Finish the grand dinner with sweet dishes like saffron-infused rice pudding topped with pistachios, classic basbousa with almonds, or refreshing fresh fruit skewers to conclude the meal.

Note: You can choose between the food options like gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets. Let us know about any food allergies or food preferences at the time of booking for us to make better preparations.

• Parking: There is parking available in the desert at the base camp for guests arriving in their own vehicles.
• Changing Area: For the comfort of the guests, there are areas that allow guests to clean up and change comfortably after the dune buggy activity, especially before dinner.
• Private Dining Setup: A private desert dining area is made that has table seating and ambient lighting to enjoy dinner under the stars.
• Safety & Gear Zone: There is a dedicated zone for safety briefings and distribution of helmets, goggles, and protective equipment before the dune buggy drive.
