Child Policy

• There is no entry fee for kids below the age of three.
• Kids between the ages of 3 and 10 have to pay discounted child rates.
• Kids above the age of 10 are charged the same as adults.

Booking & Paymеnts

• A 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. This enables us to provide you with a smooth experience and avoid the hassle of no-shows.
• This deposit also helps us in securing your spot. And it enables us to make the best preparations for your arrival as well.

Cancеllation Policy

• Our cancellation policy is quite easy and flexible. We offer full 100% refunds if you make the cancellation 48 hours before your scheduled trip.
• In case you make a cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before your trip, we offer a 50% refund.
• We offer no refunds for the Quad Bike Ride with Camel Ride trip if you inform us less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Refund Policy

• We initiate refunds from our side once the cancellation is confirmed.
• It takes anywhere from 7 to 14 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
• We will notify you about the refund for your Quad Bike and Camel Ride Adventure once it’s processed from our end.
• We are going to issue the refund through the payment method you originally used. Such as cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card.
• Just in case there is any delay in your amount getting reflected in your account, you should follow up with your bank.
• Granted that the refund does not appear in the specified time frame, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Please note: At times, the weekends and public holidays of the UAE cause further delays in transferring the booking advance.

• Along with the quad bike, you also get to indulge in the camel ride experience.
• First, we pick you up from your hotel and take you to the quad centre.
• After you reach the destination, you get safety briefings. You also get essential tips and necessary instructions from our guides.
• Next, you wear safety helmets and then proceed for the quad biking experience with the trained professionals.
• Once the quad bike journey is over, you subsequently embark on the camel riding experience.
• As you take part in the camel ride, you get to acknowledge how serene traditional activities are.
• Above all, not only do we ensure that you have fun in these activities, but we also prioritise your safety, as you explore the desert landscape.
• Once you enjoy the tour, we drop you off at your hotel in Dubai.

• We are going to pick you up from your hotel area (or the location of your choice) in Dubai. The vehicle will be a 4×4 vehicle.
• We’ll drive you towards the desert location at the Al Awir / Lahbab area.
• After arriving at the quad bike area, you will get a safety briefing. You will wear helmets before you ride.
• There’s going to be a thrilling quad bike session across the sand dunes of the Arabian desert. You will ride your own quad bike, and we will provide you with an instructor in case you’re inexperienced.

• Pickup Locations: We offer pickup straight from your hotels in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
• Transfer Type: We provide shared transfers, but you can also opt for private transfers if you need them.
