At DubaiDesertSafariTrip.com, we believe great experiences begin with clear, honest booking terms. Whether you are booking a heritage safari, a luxury private tour, or a last-minute desert adventure, this policy tells you everything you need to know before you confirm.
DubaiDesertSafariTrip.com is a digital subsidiary of Travel Saga Tourism, specialising in desert safari tours, adventure activities, and customised desert experiences in Dubai.

Payment
- Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — all transactions in AED

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Guests under 18 may not independently transact on our website.
Booking Confirmation
A written confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp once payment is received, detailing your tour, pick-up time, pick-up location, inclusions, and booking reference. Please verify all details and notify us of any discrepancy immediately. Your booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by our team.
Amendments
Any approved amendment that results in a change in package price will be subject to the applicable price difference, which will be communicated before the amendment is confirmed. Amendments to your booking — including date changes, guest numbers, or pick-up location — should be requested as early as possible. Amendments requested less than 24 hours before departure may not be accommodated.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are available only in accordance with the cancellation schedule below. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or circumstances that fall outside the applicable refund terms.

Where a product has a different cancellation period, the cancellation terms displayed on that product page will apply. The applicable cancellation period will be determined based on the date and time the written cancellation request is received by our team. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by our team to be valid. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
Operator Cancellations
Where an experience is cancelled, postponed, or modified by the relevant operator or us due to weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, authority restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will, where possible, offer an alternative arrangement subject to availability. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to the affected booking.
Customised and Private Tours
For private and customised safari packages, cancellation terms may differ and will be communicated in writing at the time of booking. Please review these carefully before confirming a bespoke arrangement.
No-Shows
Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pick-up location at the stated time. Late arrival may result in a missed pick-up or changes to the scheduled itinerary. Where a guest cannot be collected because of late arrival, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund. Failure to be present at the confirmed pick-up point at the agreed time without prior notice constitutes a no-show. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Zero Hidden Costs
The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay. No additional charges will be applied without your prior agreement.
Safety and Conduct
Guests must follow all safety instructions from guides and drivers. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour whose conduct is disruptive or poses a safety risk, without refund.
Physical Eligibility
Age, physical eligibility, documentation, and activity requirements may vary by experience. Guests should check the specific requirements stated on the relevant product page before booking. Guests with back problems, heart conditions, pregnancy, or recent surgery should seek medical advice before booking adventure activities and must inform us at the time of reservation.
Dune buggy and quad biking experiences may have additional age, height, weight, driving licence, safety, and equipment requirements. These requirements are specified on the relevant product page and must be followed.
Liability
Dubai Desert Safari Trip, as part of Travel Saga Tourism, takes all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety but does not accept liability for circumstances arising from non-disclosure of medical conditions, failure to follow safety instructions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
