A Day Of A Desert Safari Tour In Dubai – What Really Happens?

Dubai was always on my travel bucket list. So, when in January, my sister surprised me with two tickets to the City of Gold, I was over the moon. Everything happened so quickly that it was hard to process. All things aside, I knew that I wanted to explore the most famous golden desert of Dubai. Therefore, my sister and I planned and booked our Dubai desert safari itinerary with Dubai Desert Safari Trip. Moreover, our desert safari tour in Dubai was the best, thanks to them. Here is what to expect on a Dubai desert safari.
Dubai Desert Safari Itinerary
Since the day my sister and I landed in Dubai from India, all we did was wait for our Desert Safari Tour in Dubai. Our trip was 6 nights and 7 days long. We planned to explore the desert on the second day of our arrival. During our trip, the weather in Dubai was quite good. However, as it was one of the peak seasons, most places were crowded.
A day before our Dubai desert safari, we looked at our Dubai desert safari itinerary and both got excited. The Desert Safari Tour in Dubai that we chose with Dubai Desert Safari Trip was the Premium Desert Safari Package.
The Adventure Begins
We knew that our adventure would take place in the Al-Awir Desert. Thankfully, the transfer service was included in our tour package. Our shared ride arrived at our hotel around 2:20 PM, and there were three other people already sitting in the cab. We greeted them and started chatting. I got to know that they were from London, living there with their friend.
The car ride to the desert was quite fun, and we talked a lot. Furthermore, when we reached the desert landscape, it mesmerised us both. We gathered with our tour operator, and he instructed us about some rules and other important information.
What to Expect on a Dubai Desert Safari: The Thrilling and Fun Activities
Looking at people all around riding quad bikes and dune buggies made my blood rush with excitement. I knew I had to ride them, and when I looked at my sister, I knew she wanted to do the same. They had informed us that the quad bikes and buggies would be available at an additional charge, but it was all worth it.
The thrills and adrenaline I felt during our Desert Safari Tour in Dubai were the best. Furthermore, camel riding was already included in our tour package, which was also a fun experience.
After the Rush
We were really exhausted after all the activities. Later, we were taken to the private desert camps. The camps were beautifully decorated, and other guests indulged in activities like henna painting and sheesha smoking. After sitting comfortably there, we received our unlimited beverages and snacks.
We enjoyed some of the most delicious meals at the camp while enjoying different types of live performances. The performances were quite amusing; all the people who performed were really talented. We enjoyed entertainment activities like tanoura dancing, belly dancing, and a fire show. This was mentioned in our Dubai desert safari itinerary.
When the performances ended, we had the option to either relax and stay at the camps overnight or head back. After relaxing for a little while, I went out to gaze at the shining stars. The stunning view made me feel calm and appreciate the desert’s beauty.
To Sum Up
In total, my Desert Safari Tour in Dubai experience was quite amazing. The fun, thrills, and adventure, Dubai had it all. My sister and I planned our trip ourselves; however, there were times when things didn’t go according to plan. So, my advice to you would be to book your trip through trusted travel partners. Moreover, we were quite worried about what to expect on a Dubai desert safari, but Dubai Desert Safari Trip made everything memorable and fun.
