Child Policy 

• Children under the age of 5 years are not allowed on the hot air balloon ride
• Children between 5 and 11 years will be charged discounted rates
• Children above 11 years are charged at the regular rates

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges apply if you cancel the booking 24 hours before the tour
• A 100% cancellation charge applies on cancelling the booking within 24 hours of the tour
• If the guests are not present at the pickup location at pickup time, we consider it a no-show, and there is no refund for the same

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated once the cancellation is confirmed
• It may take 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account
• You will be notified once the refund is processed by our team
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used (cash, bank transfer, credit card, or debit card).
• Any delay in the amount reflecting should be followed up with your bank directly
• If the refund does not appear in your account within the specified time, you may contact us for assistance

• Join a guided tour in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve to learn about the desert and its wildlife.
• Watch amazing falcons perform tricks against the beautiful dunes.
• Enjoy live demonstrations of traditional bread and coffee making by desert artists.
• Try exciting activities like a morning hot air balloon ride and a camel ride.

• 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM: Pick-up from your hotel in a comfortable 4×4 vehicle
• 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM: Arrival at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve – receive a traditional headscarf and stainless-steel water bottle
• 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 60-minute nature safari in a vintage Land Rover or a guided camel ride through the desert
• 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM: Falcon show set against a breathtaking Arabian sunset
• 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM: Arrival at the Bedouin camp – enjoy Arabic coffee and dates
• 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM: Live bread-making and Arabic coffee demonstration, take a camel ride and enjoy shisha
• 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM: Four-course traditional dinner with live entertainment, including drumming and Yola dance
• Overnight: Stay in traditional stone-dwelling rooms with proper ventilation
• Pre-Sunrise: Wake-up call and transfer to the hot air balloon launch site
• Sunrise Experience: 45–60 minute hot air balloon ride with an in-flight falcon show
• Post-Flight: Travel to the Royal Desert Property for a gourmet breakfast by the oasis
• 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Drop-off back in the city

• Performance Stage: There are raised platforms where artists can perform local traditions, and these platforms also give guests a better view.
• Bathrooms: There are separate, clean toilets in the camps with all the basic facilities.
• Comfortable Beddings: The beds in the rooms are comfortable, so you can sleep well and wake up fresh to start your day with more adventure.
• Camel Rides: You can ride a camel to explore the desert. The camels are kept near the camps, and this adds to the camp’s charm.
• Lounge: You can relax in desert lounges where there’s soft lighting, Arabic coffee, and dates to enjoy comfortably.
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available at the camps. You can connect your devices and enjoy fast, steady internet.
• Live Cooking: You’ll get to watch people make bread and Arabic coffee in real time at the camps. You can also try it yourself and enjoy new, hands-on experiences.
• Prayer Rooms: These rooms are quiet and have soft bedding so you can pray comfortably in the desert. They are also clean and separate by gender to make sure prayers are not interrupted.
• Nature Drive: You’ll take a drive through the desert to see its beautiful plants and animals. Just watch and enjoy them, and don’t do anything that could harm the desert’s natural balance.
• Traditional Bedouin Camp Structure: The camp in the desert is built carefully so it doesn’t harm the natural environment. Outside, there are comfortable seats where you can drink coffee and enjoy the beautiful dune scenery.
• Seating Areas: There are seating areas both inside and outside the camp for guests’ comfort. You can sit outside, enjoy the views, or take photos against the beautiful background. Or, you can choose premium or traditional seats inside the camp to eat food and watch performances.

Dinner Menu

• Starters and Salads: Begin with a traditional lentil soup, which is commonly eaten in cold weather. Then, try these dishes: Kibbeh, Sambousek, Baba Ganoush, Hummus, Rocca salad, and Fattoush salad.
• Traditional and Grills: You can try traditional lamb ouzi, which is cooked slowly underground for about 6 hours and comes with two types of rice. There’s also camel meat stew, grilled chicken over charcoal, and Harees as part of the meal. All the dishes are delicious and made with local spices.
• Vegetarian Options: You don’t have to choose between meat and veggies. There are many tasty vegetarian choices, such as spiced vegetables with rice, grilled vegetable kebabs, or plain white rice. Enjoy the flavorful vegetables and fragrant rice.
• Dessert: Finish your meal with a traditional Arabic dessert called Luqaimat, which comes in small bites and is topped with date syrup. Or, you can have a mix of fresh, seasonal fruits or drinks like fresh juice, camel milk, karak chai, or coffee.

Breakfast Menu

• Palate Cleanser: At the beginning, you’ll have a fresh palate cleanser made with passionfruit and turmeric to help your taste buds feel sharp and ready for the meal.
• Table Items: On the table, there are fresh fruits, nuts, local honey, jam, butter, different kinds of cheese, and warm bread.
• Water-inspired: You’ll get a dish inspired by a hidden oasis in the desert. It features crab poached in seaweed and mixed with lobster. The chef serves the dish with fresh mango pieces, creamy crème fraîche, and grapefruit. They top it with a green oil for flavour and appearance, and add a little delicate caviar for extra taste and elegance.
• Earth-inspired: This dish is inspired by the desert sand. It has layers of smashed avocado, colourful carrots, roasted sweet potatoes, small beets, crunchy radishes, and a special desert truffle. When you eat it, each bite has a different texture to enjoy.
• Fire-inspired: This dish features sun-like flavours with smoked red pepper around the chicken breast and chicken chorizo sausages. It comes with a cool mint yoghurt that balances the taste, and a final touch of lemon olive oil to add more flavour.
• Air-inspired: This sweet dessert has a flaky puff pastry filled with vanilla and lemon foam, topped with cooked bananas, fresh fruits, and date syrup.
• Eggs: You can add any type of egg to your breakfast, such as soft scrambled, sunny-side-up, or soft poached.
• Beverages: Drink mineral water, Arabic coffee, fresh juices, Vimto, and tea.
