Make sure that you read all of the terms and conditions carefully before booking any of our services. It is important that you look at the terms and conditions because they provide you with the basis which could be used to make bookings.

General

Please pay attention to all of the terms and conditions mentioned here, as they will help determine if you are eligible to book our tours and services from the website Desertsafaritrips.com.

Once your payment and booking are confirmed, these terms and conditions will be applied from that point onwards.
Tours and activities usually include tours, admissions, activities, and other travelling options.
Some of our products and services are not available on public holidays such as Eid and New Year’s.
The operating hours refer to the starting and ending times of the tours and activities.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances the prices, itineraries and days of operations might change or get cancelled.
All these terms and conditions may vary depending on the tours and activities you opt for. Also, make sure that you consider all the booking conditions before booking a product from our portal.

Child Age and Conditions

Conditions and Child age might change depending on the individual service.
Make sure that you check the terms and conditions before booking any services.
For the specific activities there are separate age limits, so if you’re taking your kids along then consider they meet the age criteria.
Some of the activities and tours might not be suitable for people of a certain age group. Ensure that you refer to the product before making a choice.

Pricing

All of the prices mentioned on our website are according to the United Arab Emirates Dirhams or AED.
All of the prices and fees include VAT charges.
Without any prior notice, the prices of the products, services and days of operation can be changed or cancelled simultaneously.
Ensure that you check the latest price before booking any product from our website.
The final price will be guaranteed once you have paid the full price and the booking is confirmed.

Booking

Instant booking: This is when you book a certain product or service by paying everything upfront with a credit card payment method. The booking confirmation will be sent to you directly on your mobile number and e-mail ID. If there is an issue with the confirmed date, we will make sure to suggest an alternate date for the activity.
Request Booking: This type of booking will require at least three business days for a response from us. Once we have verified the booking and received the credit card payment, we will send you an email confirmation. Even if your reservation is not confirmed, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative plan, time, or date.
All of the Desert Safari Trips’s operational dates are based on the UAE calendar.
Some tours and activities require a signature on the “consent of participation” document.

Booking Confirmation (Voucher)

Once the payment is received, and the booking is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
This booking confirmation has to be printed out and submitted to the staff member when you arrive at the pick-up spot for your activity.
If you are not able to submit this voucher to the staff for any reason, then you need to inform Desert Safari Trips by phone call or email beforehand.
At any moment if you inform Dubai Desert Safari Trip about any changes like pickup spot, starting time, or anything else, then firstly you will be informed about the final details and after you will beforehand on your email.

Payment

If you’re booking any of the tours or services online, then it’s recommended that you use credit card payments. Before checking out, individuals must check their credit card fee, and whatever you make a payment, all of your details and data will not be stored, but protected with us.

Amendment and Cancellation

If you or a member of your group cancels any booking or any part of the bookings, you have to make sure that you inform Desert Safari Trips in advance.
If you have made corporate bookings or bookings in a large quantity, then cancellations or amendments will not be accepted.
Before booking any of our tours or services, make sure to check out our cancellation and amendment policies, as they differ from product to product.
You will not be eligible for a refund or the booking cancellation is made, then the amount will be refunded after the cancellation deadline.
Any of the amendment or cancellation requests sent or received after the business hour will be dealt with on the next business day.

Cancellation fee and refund policy

Ensure that you check the cancellation and refund policy on the page of the product before booking the tour, as it varies from product to product.
If we are forced to make changes to your bookings or a part of the bookings for a reason which is not in our control, then we have the right to change your itinerary along with a written notice.
If the tour operator cancels, then you will receive a full refund.
Desert Safari Trips will not be liable for any damages occurring by the guest. Here are some of the situations that we are liable to:

Natural Disasters, war disturbances, acts of terror, alteration and uprisings.
Accidents of fire at the transportation, alteration, accommodation facilities or cancellations of the tour.
Order of foreign government officials, isolation due to infectious disease, and immigration regulations.

Baggage

Desert Safari Trips is not accountable for the loss, damage, or theft of any of your baggage

Changes in Prices & Itineraries

We have the right to adjust our prices whenever it is necessary.

Health Caution

Most of our tours are made for people who are active, and some of them might require some level of fitness. For instance, in activities like hot air balloon rides, you have to make sure that you can jump in and out of the basket easily. Even though our on-ground personnel would be there at all times to assist you, you need to make sure that you can jump.
Some of the adventure activities like dune bashing, quad biking, and dune buggy rides, are not for our pregnant guests.
If guests choose to join during the first and second trimesters, it is suggested that they get a private vehicle to get a normal nature safari.
If any of the guests are in their third trimester, then they have to inform the company representative beforehand and get a private vehicle. Getting a private vehicle is important, as the nature safari would be done at a safe pace.
Any of the pregnant women will not be allowed in activities like the hot air balloon.
